At e-Relationship®, we respect and protect the privacy of our customers. The following Privacy Statement provides details about how your personal information is collected and used. This privacy statement applies to the network of E-Relationship products and services that are located in, but not limited to the e-relationship.com and agent-recruiting.com domains.
Information Collection, Use, and Storage
Any information of our subscribers or any data they enter into their personal E-Relationship account (such as contact name and contact email address) is the subscriber's property and personal information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. However, we prohibit our members from importing harvested lists, importing lists from organizations to which you are not a member and importing purchased 3rd party lists. Importing such lists will result in termination of your account. (See our Cancellation Policy and/or request for our End User License Agreement for further details)
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance
CCPA gives California consumers specific rights to receive a privacy policy, the rights to request that businesses subject to the CCPA (which may include our Members with whom you have a relationship) disclose certain information to you about their collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. In addition, they are given the right to ask such businesses to delete Personal Information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
e-Relationship is a service provider to financial organizations and various other industry companies. We only collect and use personal information as authorized by our contracts with our clients. However this is limited to name, email, address, phone numbers and at times date of birth excluding the year. This information is not sold, shared or rented. ( See section: Information Collection, Use, and Storage) These companies can provide you with their privacy policies and information on your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Please direct any requests for access or deletion of your Personal Information under the CCPA to the Member with whom you have had direct contact with.
How we help our members comply with CCPA?
We are here to help. Our Customer service team is ready to respond to any consumer request regarding data transparency, disclosure and deletion. Note that, pursuant to the CCPA, you will not receive discriminatory treatment from us if you choose to exercise any of your CCPA rights. If you need assistance please follow the following steps:

Call us at 800-851-8169 and request for CCPA Information. You will be required to provide certain verification information. This information will be used to help us detect potential fraud, verify your identity, and fulfill and respond to your request.
Via Email:
Email us at support@e-relationship.com and enter ‘CCPA REQUEST’ in the subject line. Please include your name and phone number in your request. A customer service representative will contact you to verify your identity, fulfill and respond to your request. )
Who owns the data?
Our End User License Agreement requires that you only enter data for which you have permission. Our privacy policy prohibits us from sharing or selling your contact data. You should always maintain an original copy of your data. However, for most companies, if you find that you ever need a copy of your data, our programming team can provide an export file for you for a charge of $50.
As you navigate your account, e-Relationship may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the e-Relationship’s Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).
For contact grabber imports such as from Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook, we collect data transmitted by the corresponding API. The information collected is the subscriber’s contacts in the corresponding account that they wish to import into e-Relationship. This includes first name, last name, and email address only.
This data is accessed via the api, grabbed, and stored securely in the subscriber’s unique addressbook database. The data is not shared and only accessible by the subscriber logging into their e-Relationship account. From there, they can access the data and send the appropriate type of email to their addressbook.
Deletion of Your Information
You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you if it no longer is required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations. To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at support@e-relationship.com or 1-800-851-8169. Please Note: You will be required to verify your identity and confirm you are the account holder.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use. We will never sell or rent your personal information including your contacts to third parties for their use without your consent. Occasionally, we enter into contracts with third parties so that they can assist us in servicing you (for example, providing customer service). The contracts prohibit them from using any of your personal information for their own purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide to them. Additionally, we may disclose information to the company you have stated you represent. For example, you state you work for Mass Mutual. We may also disclose information to partners who introduced you to E-Relationship's services in order to ensure they are properly compensated for their efforts. We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate, with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.
For contacts import or through our contact grabber import such as from Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook, data is stored in the subscriber’s unique e-Relationship account addressbook. The data will be used to provide the e-Relationship services to the subscriber such as sending emails and CRM activities. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with others or third parties.

Some of our sites provide links to third-party websites, such as those of our business partners and online advertisers. Because E-Relationship does not control the information policies or practices of these third parties, you should review their privacy policies to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information.
Security
Privacy and security is our #1 priority. We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls, DMZ, real-time monitoring, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. When we ask for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, we protect it through the use of encryption during transmission, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
e-Relationship takes care to reinforce the importance of our website visitor's security and privacy among our employees. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information and, using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, we restrict access to personal information to those employees and agents for business purposes only.
Choice/Opt-out
e-Relationship provides users the opportunity to opt-out via a link in the footer of most email messages. Alternatively, you may email us at support@e-relationship.com.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the e-Relationship Website. So our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
